He was predeceased by: his parent John H. Burkholder. He is survived by: his spouse Lois Bowman Burkholder; his parent Mary Wenger Burkholder; his children, Robert Burkholder (Sallie) of Manor Twp, Dana Smith (Mark) of Manor Twp, Joyce Funk (Richard) of Manor Twp and Judy Witmer (Lewis) of Manor Twp; and his siblings, Paul Burkholder, Ruth Breneman, Clyde Burkholder, Ezra Burkholder, Jean Zimmerman-Alvisi and Glenn Burkholder (Phoebe).
