It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth D. Peters (Washington Boro, Pennsylvania), born in Manor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gayle L. Fisher Peters; his parents, Earl C. Peters and May A. Brown Peters; his children, Karen E. Rupp (Tillman F., Jr.), Kenneth D. Peters, Jr. and Jennifer M. Rivera (Miguel); and his sisters, Janet Yoder and Aletha Groff.
