Peters (Washington Boro, Pennsylvania), born in Manor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gayle L. Fisher Peters; his parents, Earl C. Peters and May A. Brown Peters; his children, Karen E. Rupp (Tillman F., Jr.), Kenneth D. Peters, Jr. and Jennifer M. Rivera (Miguel); and his sisters, Janet Yoder and Aletha Groff.
