He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Worth and Martha Naomi Kilby Owen; his son J. Craig Owen; and his great grandchild Easton J Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Kathi (late Skip Mable) of Lancaster, Clifford (Sue Grassel Owen) of Conestoga, Kimberly (Billy Wilson) of Pequea and Kay (Jim Risser) of Washington Boro. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
