Nissley (Washington Boro, Pennsylvania), born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles K. Nissley; her parents, C. Roy Musser and Alva Musser; her adoptive parents, Warren Kurtz and Mary Hank Radcliffe; and her siblings, Robert Musser and Arlene Baker (Musser).
She is survived by: her stepbrothers, Warren Radcliffe, Jr., Paul H. Radcliffe and Carl Radcliffe of Parkersburg, WV.; and her half-siblings, Lester Gordon Smith, Donald Leigh Smith, K. Lemar Smith and Doris Bushong (Smith).
