He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Witmer (Arlene) and Helen Biechler (Kauffman); and his son-in-law Lee Failla. He is survived by: his wife Joan Witmer (Hostetter); his children, Kevin D. (Jennifer), Kathy W. (CA), Michael Roschel of Huntingtown, MD, Amanda S. (Thomas Taglieri III) of Conestoga and Wendy J Witmer; his close friend Jun Kim of Washington Boro; and his brother Glenn Witmer of Millersville. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
