She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Kinsey and Dorothy Kinsey; her adoptive parents, Raymond Waltz and Edith Waltz; and her daughter Carla.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica, Jenna, Ricky, Shawn, Katelyn, Justine and Aiden; her children, Eric (Chanel), Tammy and Cheryl (David); and her siblings, Dale, Colin, Betsy, Sharon, Karen and Susie. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
