He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert D. Harper and Betty Jane Harper (Woomer); his wife Elaine Lawler; his daughter Mindy Harper of Irwin, PA; his granddaughters, Miranda Carreiro (Casey) and Allison Persi; and his brother Gary Harper (Ann).
