He was predeceased by: his sister Eleanor Cwener. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve; his children, Thomas S. Jr. (Erica) and Barbara Moore (Fuzzy); and his siblings, Theresa Koch, Joseph Chladek, Jr., Pauline Chladek and Edward Chladek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Kidney Foundation, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852 in Tom's memory would be appreciated.
