O'Donnell (Diane), Gertrude O'Donnell, Geraldine O'Donnell, Francis O'Donnell (Roseanne) and Eileen Krokenberger; his close friend Diane Terry; his sons, Thomas C. O'Donnell (Deb), Timothy R. O'Donnell (Kelly) and Sean P. O'Donnell (Julie); his grandchildren, Timothy, Ryan, Charity, Dylan, Kaelin, Brooke, Garrison, Riley, Julia and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Brenna, Ryan, Maddox, Ledger and Keanu.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom's memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
