He was predeceased by: his child Pam Passehl; and his sibling Frank C. Passehl, III. He is survived by: his children, Robert P. Passehl, Jr., John Passehl, Paulette Vernachio, Patricia Passehl and Priscilla Lingo; and his siblings, Eva Emmertz, Richard Passehl, Anna Marie Hanlon and Joan Bakanowsky. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
