He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Pilarski and Helen Pilarski; his wife Catherine Bradley (Cass); and his children, Barbara Byrne (Patrick), Constance Harding Robert Pilarski (David), Theresa Campbell (Brian), Daniel Pilarski (Kristine) and Lorraine Yeingst (Kevin). He was also cherished by his 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Jacksonville Florida.
