He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo D'Agostino and Anna D'Agostino; his wife Mary; his siblings, Mary Nocella (late Sam), Bernard (late Theresa) and Dorothy D'Agostino; and his niece Bernadette Jackson (Rick).
He is survived by: his daughter Marybeth D'Agostino; his child-in-law Jackie Cipolloni; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Maria, Michael D'Agostino (Loretta), Anne Long (Ron), Harry Dyer and David Raddi.
