He is survived by: his children, TJ McCarty (Cindy) of Hesperia, CA, Melissa Kunkel (Martin) of Doylestown, Bridget Ashbaugh (Tim) of Doylestown and Timothy McCarty of Langhorne; and his spouse Terry Maier McCarty. He is also survived by eight loving grandchildren and seven dear great grandchildren.
