He is survived by: his wife Sallie; his siblings, Ron Theis, Barbara Koletty and Marilyn Warner; his children, Richard (Sarah), David (Julie), Heather (Greg) and Christine (Tom); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Richard, Joseph, Nicholas, Anna, Zachary, Joshua, Andrew, Thomas, Madeleine, Henry, James, Amelia and Abigail.
