He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sara (Sadie Anne); his children, Richard Vincent Forney and Anna Maria Forney Long; his children-in-law, Larry Long (Rebecca Burd), Marlin Burd (Joseph Edward Cole Jr.) and Shelly; his grandchildren, Richard V. Forney, Jr., Michael A. Forney, Cam Anthony Long, Amelia Long (Jay Hartenstein), Abby Long, Olivia Long, Sadieanne Cole, Charlie Cole, Victoria Cole and Joseph Edward Cole III; his great grandchildren, Jackson Richard Fiss Long, Layla Hartenstein and Silas Hartenstein; and his daughter Danielle.
