He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law David Schooley. He is survived by: his wife Kristen C. Schooley Howard; his daughter Madeline Howard of Warrington; his siblings, James Howard (Karen) of Rockledge, PA, Michael Howard (Arleen) of Spotsylvania Virginia and Christine Howard; his sister-in-law Kimberly Schooley; his mother-in-law Carmella Schooley (David Schooley); his nieces and nephews, Kenny, Danny, Matt, Tim, Kevin, Elizabeth and Shelby; and also, Richard of Doylestown and John of North Wales. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephew.
