She is survived by: her husband Nathan Tadlock; her children, Martin Tadlock (Jane) of Center Valley, PA and Natalie Tadlock; her grandchildren, Joshua and Olivia; and her siblings, Joe Smith (Virginia Marsh), Julia Adams (Gerald), Leonard Smith and John Smith.
