She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A Guinan Jr.; her parents, Henry Alexander and Catherine Alexander; her sisters, Geraldine Everman and Ruth Martin; and her grandson Shawn Guinan.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph A. III (Allison), Vincent (Valerie), Matthew (Kimberly), Christopher (Leslie), Patricia Flagler (David), Susan Slocum (Joseph) and Maria Smith (Harry). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
