She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. and Harriet; and her sisters, Pearl, Margaret M. (McGill), Amy E. (Stump), Ruth A. (Conrad), Victoria A. (Davis), Mae Florence (Kleitz) and Marie K. (Collins).

She is survived by: her daughter Laura Shelley (late David); and her grandchildren, Amelia and Benjamin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
