He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Marion (Hoch); his children, Sean Gilligan and Charlene Popow; his grandchildren, Christian, Victoria and Logan; his great grandchild Isla; his parents, Jack Gilligan and Virginia Gilligan (O'Connell); and his pet Big Boy. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
