He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Phillips and Anna Phillips; his wife Dolores Phillips; his son John B. Phillips Jr.; and his siblings, Nancy Slack, Margaret Hoobler and Joseph Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Katz of Doylestown and James Phillips of Warrington; his granddaughters, Amanda Katz and Rachelle Katz; and his sisters-in-law, Christine Phillips and Barbara Premaza.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (856 Euclid Ave, Warrington, PA 18976). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
