He was predeceased by: his mother Valeria Brooke. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Mauger; and his children, Stacy (Michael) and Brooke (Colleen).

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any memorial donations be sent to The Alzheimer's Association.
