We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2020, at the age of 84, Franklin Evans of Warrington, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Evans and Julian Benson Evans; and his brother James Julian Evans Frank. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Tinney Evans; his daughters, Anita Evans Loveland (Fred) and Linda Evans O'Connor (Brian); his granddaughters, Sarah Loveland Dillon (Steven), Julie Marie Loveland and Grace LilliAnn O'Connor; and his sister Barbara Eugenia Evans McIntyre.
