He is survived by: his wife Sarah (Zieger); his parents, Josef Dominek and Jerilyn Dominek; his children, Zoe, Jackson and Madison; his brother Brent Dominek (Wendy); his brother-in-law John Zieger (Melissa); and his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Alicia Dominek, Hannah, Benjamin and Nora Zieger.
