He is survived by: his parents, Warren Schlueter and Theresa Schlueter; his children, Ryan, Brayden, Gemma and Dominik; his wife Amanda Schlueter; his siblings, John Schlueter (Mari) and Theresa Schlueter; his nieces and nephews, Kerstine (Bryan), Kayla, Bryn, Aaron, Cole, Ethan, Charlie and Preston; his great-nieces, Addison and Averianna; his great-nephew Nolan; his parents-in-law, Ron and Maryann Archer; and his sisters-in-law, Alicia Shelly (Tron) and Ashley Woodill (Chuck).

In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory can be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
