He was predeceased by: his father James J. Hartey. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Daniel, Jr. (Sara), Colleen (Matthew) and Caitlyn (Anthony); his grandchildren, Callan, Logan and Caylee; his mother Winifred; his siblings, James, Joseph, Mary, Regina, Kathleen, Bernadette, Ann and Gerald; and his sister-in-law Linda (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
