He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Giltinan and Alice Fagley Giltinan; his daughter Stephanie L. Giltinan; his son-in-law John Cunningham; and his siblings, John Giltinan, Mark Giltinan, Dorothy Suppa and Patricia Papalia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Hallock (Don) of Chambersburg, PA. and Valerie Cunningham of Trinity, FL.; and his grandchildren, Jessica and Sean of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Warren, Those wishing to place memorials may do so through a charity of their choice.
