He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughters, Dr. Allison Cain (Devin) of Belmont, OH. and Molly Forbes (Bobby) of Warren, PA.; his siblings, Tom Corey (Dorothy) of Yorba Linda, CA. and Deborah Corey of Brandon, FL.; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Elijah, Bennett Forbes, Liza, Emery, Anne and Leah Cain.
