He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hecei and Joyce Miller Hecei; his wife Donna L. Duffy; his in-laws, Donald and Nancy Duffy; his sister-in-law Eileen Duffy; and his nephew Adam Hecei.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Hecei (Kay) of St. Peters, MO, Rick Hecei (Patti) of Warren, PA and Sandy Hecei of Warren, PA; his siblings-in-law, Karen Brocker (Kyle), Maureen Duffy, Doreen Duffy, Patricia Kramer (Jim) and John Duffy (Trish); his niece Heather Hecei Smith (Greg); his nephew John Hecei; and his great-niece Alexandra Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
