He is survived by: his wife Diane Jones Scarcella; his children, Andrew Scarcella (Kathy) of Alexandria, VA and Amy Bennett (Mike) of White Hall, MD; his grandchildren, Mac, Maggie, Myles Bennett and William Scarcella; his siblings-in-law, Bill Jones (Brenda), Sally McCue (Dan), Brent Jones (Nancy) and Eileen Goodling (Jim); his aunts, Catherine Kraft and Maria Pellegrino; and his cousins, Dan Pellegrino (Diana), Mary Angela McLean (Bruce), Mary Ann Pohl (Cliff) and Andrea Schultz.
