He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Childs (Beardsley) of Youngsville and Thomas May Sr. of Warren; his children, Koalie, Kinley and Kooper May of Lafayette, Indiana; his stepparents, Kevin Childs and Lisa May; his siblings, Ramsey May (Danielle) of Erie, Jesse May (Andi) of Youngsville, Austin May of Youngsville and Sabrina Sturges (Joe) of Conewango Twp; his stepsiblings, Brandon, Corey Shirley, Allison and Ashley Childs; and his grandfather Ashley Beardsley of Spring Creek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations, in Thomas's name, be made to the Brokenstraw Fish & Game Club, 1011 Mead Run Rd, Youngsville, PA 16371.
