He is survived by: his wife Sally Stiglitz Best; his children, Dawn Hagberg (Jason) of Warren, PA and Thomas L. Best (Susan) of Warren, PA; his grandchildren, Erin Williams (Brady) of Warren, PA, Sarah Tronco (Antonio) of Oaklyn, NJ, Brett Salsgiver (Emily) of Union City, PA, Emily Hagberg (Ty Thompson) of Warren, PA and Ethan Best of Warren, PA; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Olivia, Carter, Juliet, Waylon, Eleanor and Ciara.
