He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stanko and Marie Stanko (Lucks); his in-laws, Bob and Audie Benson; and his sister-in-law Carol Stanko.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy E. Stanko (Benson); his brothers, Jerry Stanko (Nancy) of Warren, Ron Stanko of Warren, Jim Stanko (Barb) of Warren and Bob Stanko (Sherry) of Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Deanne Palmer of Warren, Neil Benson (Anne) of Warren and Keith Benson (Cindy) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Warren County Hospice House, 1 Main Ave., Warren, PA, or to Paws Along the River, 212 Elm St., Warren, PA.
