It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacie Ann Phillips of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert Borton, Cathleen Knights and Allen Phillips; and her cousin Zach Borton Sockman. She is survived by: her parents, Brenda Sullivan (Borton) of Irvine, PA and Virgil Phillips of Meadville, PA.; her son Phoenix Phillips; her siblings, Jennifer Freeman of Warren, Brandy Freeman of Sheffield, Alexandra Borton (Mike Slater) of Warren, Stefanie Gibson (Mike Toplovich) of Irvine, Sierra Gibson of Clarendon and Blair Phillips (Ali Scott) of Meadville; her niece Kailynn; her nephews, Preston and Connor; her grandmother Margaret Maxwell of Meadville; her pet Stormy; and also Douglas Carpenter of Irvine, PA.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
