She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Duffy and Marcella A. Wooster Duffy; her husband Gail N. Smith; her granddaughter Sara Smith; and her siblings, William Johnson, Elizabeth Mascaro, Marilyn Smith and Patricia Duffy.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Hill (Mike) of Mansfield, PA, Kevin Smith of Warren, Shelly Moore (Greg) of Blossburg, PA and Christine Smith of Warren; her grandchildren, Kevin Hill (Jessica), Christopher Hill (Darnell), Jamie Hill and Mikaela Smith; her great grandchildren, Joey Violet Hill, Charlee Nora Hill and Cooper Michael Hill; her siblings, Robert Duffy (Patricia) of Warren and Kay Beckman (Ellsworth) of Bath, NY; and her brothers-in-law, Don Smith (Bev) and Dick Smith (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
