He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bailey and Ellen Tranter Bailey. He is survived by: his son Alex Bailey of Erie, PA; and his brothers, Jamie Bailey of Westlake, OH and Rick Bailey of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many cousins, and countless friends.
