He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Hawk, Sr. and Roberta M. Hawk. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stephanie Hutchins, Dakota Hawk (Jenna), Austin Hawk and Zane Hawk; and his great grandchildren, Daisy, Dixie and Dalton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to Allegheny Valley Veteran's Center in Clarendon or to a charity of choice.
