He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Dilks of Ship Bottom, NJ.. He is survived by: his sons, Robert C. Dilks, Jr. (Jennifer) of Warren and Jason P. Dilks (Allison) of Oil City; his grandchildren, Bailey Blair (Steffen) of Warren, PA, Kelsey Dilks (Payton Stewart) of Wexford, PA and Jackson Dilks of Oil City, PA; and his brother Ronald T. Dilks of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
