He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Thomas and Allene Stahlman. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Smith; his children, Brandi Thomas of Jamestown, NY and Jason Thomas of New Castle, PA; and his grandchildren, Leah Vandermark, Jessa Thomas, Ella Sarro and Lyn Holmes.

The family suggest memorial donations be made to Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave., Warren, PA.
