He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex L. Slocum and Helen Slocum (Nichols); and his sisters, Nanette and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Davison Slocum; his children, Victoria Durlin of Warren, Rex O. Slocum (Stephanie) of Warren and Tara Ciukaj (Walter) of Youngsville; his grandchildren, Mikkayla Durlin, Dakkota Shrefler, Coltton Nelson, Erikka Nelson, Katelyn Slocum and Tessa Slocum; his great grandchildren, Ryan Slocum, Ryker Shrefler and Ryver Shrefler; and his brother Roger Slocum (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. (1003 Pennsylvania Ave E, Warren, PA 16365).
