He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Becky Ulmer (Jim) of Tampa, FL., Laurie Gable (Bill) of Stockbridge, GA. and Sally Lucia (Jerry) of Westfield, NC.; and his siblings, Fred Scalise (Margie) of Warren, PA. and Jean Temple (Frank) of Youngsville, PA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, 4 stepchildren and 2 step grandchildren.
