He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Lynn Nelson Sr. and Laural Falconer; his son Kylecole Nelson (KC) of Warren, PA; his significant other Sarah Meddock of Warren; his stepdaughter Patricia of Bradford; his siblings, James Nelson, Tara of Warren, Beth Olewine and Mike of Youngsville, PA; his grandmother Margaret Nelson; his nieces and nephews, Coltton Nelson of Warren, Trenton Olewine of Youngsville, Hunter Olewine of Youngsville, Dakkota Shrefler (Cody) and Erikka Nelson of Warren; and his great-nephews, Ryan Slocum and Ryker Shrefler of Clarendon, PA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
