She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lowe and Mary Lowe (Heeter); and her husband Roger Siggins. She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Westmoreland (Brandon) of Mansfield, TX; her pet Hazel Mae; her brother Alan Lowe (Judy); her niece Patti Zurcher (Eric); her nephew Danny Lowe (Holly); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark, Michael Zurcher, Stephanie, Kylie Zurcher and Hope Lowe.
