He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Smith (Roth); his daughters, Sami Andersen (David) of Warren and Jaime LaSalle (William) of Havertown; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Lauren Andersen and Beckett LaSalle; and his sister-in-law Kelly Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
