She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Furlow and June Furlow (Carlson); her husband Richard Sampson; her siblings, Stanley Furlow, Raymond Wells, Bruce Wells and Sandy Lohnes; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Sampson.
She is survived by: her son Nicholas Johnson (Carla) of Warren; her stepson Scott Sampson of Warren; her grandchildren, Seth Johnson (Leah), Amanda Johnson (Bryan), Valerie Glotz and Matthew Sampson; her great grandchild Emery Johnson; her sisters, Barb Brooks (Larry) of Sugar Grove, PA, Mary Rollinger of Lakewood, NY and Ann Abadie (Jim) of Sugar Grove, PA; and her pets, Maury and Ricky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
