It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucretia R Somers of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Warren G. Somers, Sr.; her parents, Charles Knable and Florine Knable (Cornelius); and her son Warren G. Somers, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Wayne G. Somers (Nancy) of Middletown, PA, Rebecca C. Somers of Cleveland, TN and Ruthie C. Gabrovsek (Mark) of Bellefonte, PA; her daughter-in-law Sharon Somers of Bellefonte, PA; her grandchildren, Duane Somers (Sherri), Julia Crone (Andrew), Kelly Weis (Jared), Ashley Somers and R. Jaeden Gabrovsek; and her brother Kenneth Knable (Sue). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, all contributions in the memory of Lucretia may be made to the First Baptist Church, 539 Jacksonville Rd, Bellefonte, PA 16823 and will be used toward the music and the child-ministries, which were meaningful to her.
