She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Johnson (Lynda) of Warren and Beverly Check of Lebanon, OH; her nephew Ben Check (Buffy) of Warren, PA; her niece Lisa Gellner (Matt) of West Chester, Ohio; and her great-nephews, Dylan, Isaac, Jacob Gellner, Jason O'Neil and Jori O'Neil.
