She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Smith; and her brother Billy Smith. She is survived by: her mother Donna Smith; her daughters, Angela Jerman of Sheffield, PA and Christina Martin (Mike) of Jamestown, NY; her grandchildren, Zach, Autumn, Colton and Madison; her brother Royce Smith of Erie, PA; her aunts, Susan Arnold of Warren and Sally Huckabone of Warren; her brothers-in-law, Frank R. Chiodo of Warren and Greg Chiodo (Jacqueline) of Pittsburgh, PA; her nephew Anthony Chiodo; and her nieces, Brittany, Courtney Chiodo and Abigail Smith.
