She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cardamore and Mary Juliano Cardamore; her former husband Alfred Erickson Sr.; her husband Ralph "Cookie" LeVan; her son Alfred "Buddy" Erickson Jr.; her stepson Dr. Richard LeVan; and her sisters, Delores Cardamore, Sylvia Sandeen and Mary Elizabeth Schraven.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Erickson of Warren, PA; and her grandsons, Michael McGraw and Matthew Johnson. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
