He is survived by: his wife Rosanne Wise (Piazza); his children, Kim Levy, Fawn Huya, Chris Wise (Jen) and Damion Wise (Kayla); and his brother Tim Wise. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
